Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Akari, including the Akari website, web application, and related services.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. You may not misuse Akari, interfere with the service, access systems without permission, submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the service in a way that could harm Akari, other users, or third parties.

Your content

You retain rights to content you create or submit. You grant Akari the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and operate that content so the service can function.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your needs. Review output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it in important decisions.

Payments and changes

Some parts of Akari may require payment. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Akari and will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects your use of the service.

Liability

Akari is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Akari and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
